I'm a student at the University of Bath, and I'm supporting the coaching staff as the team's analyst. I've been around rugby for about 15 years, and also coach at the University Women's Rugby Club. I'll be helping with team reviews, supporting individual player feedback and speeding up the learning of our playing system.

I help our players get the most out of their training and perform at their best on the pitch. I’ve been coaching for several years now, working with athletes across different sports and levels - from youth players to senior pros. My background is in BSc Strength and Conditioning from Hartpury University, and I’ve always been driven by finding practical, evidence-based ways to make training effective and enjoyable.
